For the Love of the Breakdown of Crisis

Insanity is continuing to do the same things, yet expecting different results.

Yesterday, Saturday April 5th, 2025, there were public gatherings throughout the USA. Noting a crisis in many aspects concerning economic, jobs, etc. We think that the crisis is a matter of tension and release. Where there is a buildup of tension until there is a crisis or an outburst. Which is a release of the tension (i.e., energy). After the release of this energy, there is then a calm phase. Eventually, there is a buildup of tension, a crisis, the release of energy and again a calm phase. This is a cycle, whether a cycle of crisis, change, and innovation… or creation and destruction.

This repeating vicious cycle of crisis does not have to continue. First, it is useful to look at the history of the repeating crisis cycle. Then observe the cycle in a nonjudgmental, non-attached but interested approach. Merely observing with interest of what, when, where, why, and how this (crisis) is happening. As one observes, one begins to understand and recognize the pattern of factors and influences.

In recognizing crisis patterns, one can analyze where might be the opportunities to intervene and change. I.e., to interrupt and break the cycle. Understanding this pattern helps us analyze the crisis and avoid reacting to it. Understanding this, we then can do and try something different

The rationale for this week’s post is to reframe what is seen as potential opportunities. Yes, it is a crisis. Yes, it is a release of tension. But more, it is an opportunity to change. Change is hard, but it’s doable. It takes observation, analysis, and willingness to try something different and then observe the results.

What we end up with, instead of a vicious cycle of tension, crisis, and release. We can establish a new cycle of change. It can be a cycle of introspection, analysis, synthesis and innovation. It is the execution of doing something different. Hopefully, more improved or better than what has happened before. And if, does not improve, it is merely another opportunity to learn. The only possible failure is failing to learn.

Anger, disappointment, and crisis can cause depression and defeat. Or it can be a motivation. We can create change by using our energy, openness, and intention. It is simply a matter of choice to step into the gap in between moments and remember; you are Divine.

Blessings,

Tim
