Some thoughts about now what…
We are at an auspicious point between the ancestors and future legacy. Recognize that you/I/we are now the BE-holders, the shaman, crones, teachers, and parents of new being. Of course, we are open to both the past and the future to guide us in this auspicious moment. We have a vague future recollection of what they are, what is to become and be. Now is the protector of the future and victor of the past. Born in darkness, alive in light, matters not for there is only to be.
The Crossing
We are now crossing the abyss. Stay within, continue to cross the bridge that you create. Or if you prefer, continue to row your boat across the river. The arduous task is to “continue” walking or rowing despite not knowing. Become and be the walking or rowing. Ground in the rhythmic action and flow. Continue the journey, steady your breath. Calm your gaze within, pay no attention to the abyss or storm that rages. You are far beyond the gatekeeper. You have chosen wisely to dwell within, for you are the chalice. You are the crossing that crosses. Merely continue to make the crossing. You are the transformation, transforming… transform! You are in the grace and of the grace of the bodhisattva. Be ferocious, be kind, be gentle, be steadfast in your heart, mind, and being… Be Graceful. Continue to breathe… walking and rowing. You are the bridge or boat that is… BE that which you are.
Nothing New
This is nothing new. We are just moving to a new land… a new world. We are crossing in a boat together, walking across the abyss or through the desert. It is the story of searching for and immigrating to a new world or land. You meet others who are also on the way. The same path and going in the same direction. Be grateful for their company, their talents, skills, and share yourself and what you have brought you. Be kind and be graceful. Arriving on the other shore; in the new land, they are and will be your community, your family, your friends, and your coworkers and collaborators of building and being in the new world.
This is an ancient and foretold story of the great crossing or migration. Others have done this before and will do so after us. Great cultures have vanished without a trace. The presumption is that they have perished because of some catastrophe. But what if they transformed to a new being and/or migrated to a new world in the blink of an I?
Ego and Consciousness
Is the ego an illusory aspect of human experience that accompanies consciousness into the unknown realms of death? And does our identity remain intact as it merges with the universe? What aspects of our being expire and what undergoes transformation upon death?
An Eastern Perspective
Both the ego and consciousness are illusory tools… or not, depending on one’s perspective. First, consciousness is a tool much like the metaphor of a mirror or movie screen in which the divine is reflected or shown. Without the mirror or screen, the divine would not be known nor experienced. In a sense, the mirror or screen is the playground in which the unknown divine is discovered, experienced, and plays. Yet this is both illusionary and/or real depending upon one’s perspective.
Spectrum of Consciousness (Transpersonal Psychology)
Ken Wilber back in the late 1970s presented the concept that consciousness is on a developmental spectrum. A spectrum ranges from the physical to the divine. At each higher level, there emerges a more refined utility and exquisite experience. Overall, the earlier developmental levels remain but are not as useful. However, can be accessed or reverted to in situations of overwhelming negative stress or trauma (not to get into the weeds). Or perhaps with positive stress that may shatter worn out conceptions and force an expansion, creating a temporary re-adjustment period or acclamation to a new way of being. The overall picture is the divine playing in the divine’s sandbox.
Ego
Second, the ego is a tool of reference and orientation. The ego is a navigational tool in which to navigate and negotiate the experience of life. If we did not have an ego, we would be more like a rock or an amoeba that lacks awareness, agency, and curiosity. And is perhaps only responsive to the environment; Either and both internally driven by our DNA blueprint, at the mercy of erosion, or externally only to seek needs for survival but unable to contemplate why. Whereas a higher ordered life form such as a dog, cat or chicken, has some awareness, agency, curiosity but limited ability to be self-aware beyond patterned behaviors of getting basic physical and social needs. For example, it is presumed that a chicken cannot contemplate the existential notion of their meaning and purpose of being a chicken and deciding whether to lay an egg.
Humans have a larger capacity to experience and consider a spectrum of existence. From being non-existence to being at the edge or periphery of the known and unknown. The ego is a tool of self-awareness in which consciousness can navigate our existence on this planet. And to ponder and wander the illusionary past and future notions of existence.
There is also the physical brain/mind that is also a tool that handles much of the physical proprioceptive work and coordination of physical existence. There is some overlap between the DNA level, the subconscious programing, and consciousness awareness. Such as in the example of epigenetics, etc. And yet the brain and mind are a physical and conceptual inculcation of consciousness that is an illusionary reflection of the divine. FWIW, just some thoughts for your consideration.
The Radiant Light (Buddhist Perspective)
A meditative practice of breath awareness is to notice or be aware of the gaps or pauses between the in-breath and out-breath… and the out-breath and in-breath. Learning to comfortably extend these pauses/gaps… and to dwell within them. And in the stillness between the breaths there are opportunities to slow or cease. There are no thoughts, feelings, or perception of existence. It is the clear or radiant light. And in this light is where divinity happens… which is far beyond consciousness and even further the ego. It is where divine conception happens. And then, with the in-breath, awareness/divinity flows into the womb (mirror) of consciousness and births the divine reflection in the mirror of reality. To which our ego then reacts.
Form From the Formless
Conception happens via the ever-changing potentialities. Whatever is conceived, if accepted, we expand our consciousness to receive it. In a sense, we (our consciousness) is the mirror. The mirror of consciousness, so once we receive/reflect the conception, then we (our ego) must figure out how we want to respond. Our only response to accept or reject. What do we want to do with this opportunity? There are only four options. First, to deny its existence. Second, to respond as if it is the opportunity of being a victim; that is done to us. Third, to recognize it is an opportunity to learn something. Or forth, to be aware of this is an opportunity to let the divine flow through us.
If you realize you are the opportunity that brings the ever-emergent divine conception through you, it becomes manifest reality. You are like a virgin in a state of grace; ready to receive. A virgin aware of the gap of opportunity. Willing to surrender and grasp the opportunity to be a mother to bring or birth forth through you… what will be. Subsequently, the potential opportunity enters your grace; to come through you, supported, nourished and shaped by your being, heart, and hands to be formed into manifest existence, i.e., the concept of being a creator or co-creator with the divine.
In other words, love flows through us. We can align ourselves and let love flow through us. Or not, such as being in fight, flight, or fear with recoil and aversion… collapsing the opportunity to let love flow. Yet each moment is a decision that you can change; to allow or to learn or to fight and fear again.
What to Do
The question is what to do? In the gardening metaphor, it depends on the season. What season are you or we in? Is it spring and the task is to plan and plant? Summer and working in the garden? Fall and harvesting the fruits of our labor? Or is it winter, a time of introspection, evaluation, death and renewal? And eventually dream the next garden?
Shall we continue the paradigm of the earthy garden? Do we need a new paradigm? Or are we at the opportunity to expand the paradigm of the garden to version 2.0. Where conceptually we continue to use the framework of spring, summer, fall and winter… but skip or accelerate the processing. What the hell Timmy?
Instead of digging in the earth’s dirt, we dig, plant, tend and harvest in the garden of consciousness? It is much like gardening with the earth, but in the garden of consciousness we can speed up or eventually skip the physical processing. In conscious, we can accelerate the process of birthing and nourishing the manifestation of what we require. Essentially, we are working with and using the more subtle energy form instead of the condensed heavier physical form.
Some folks are noting this as the “light body, plasmic energy, crystalline liquid light, the aetheric, or subtle realm, etc.” Which is like Delores Cannon’s thought of the Earth splitting in two.
Battlefield
Another perspective is that currently there seems to be a battle between centralized versus de-centralized organization, processing and control. Essentially an ongoing war of sovereignty. Is there the battle for mind? The battlefield of the capture and control of attention and the narrative; a mind field of confusion and uncertainty? Though consciousness exists beyond and is not limited by the capacity of the mind, ego and the understanding of the current cultural zeitgeist.
Biological Reflections
Is the biologically process of meiosis that makes egg and sperm cells, conception, and the resulting zygote that divides and differentiates conceptually represents Delores Cannon’s thoughts of the splitting the earth into two different worlds?
Meiosis, “The type of cell division that makes egg and sperm cells. Meiosis generates cells that are genetically different from one another and contain half the total number of chromosomes in the parent cell.”https://biobeat.nigms.nih.gov/2021/09/make-like-a-cell-and-split-comparing-mitosis-and-meiosis/
Conception is when a sperm cell fertilizes an egg cell, creating a single-celled zygote; when this cell starts to divide and differentiate, it’s called cleavage.
Explanation:
- Conception: This is the process where a sperm and egg meet and fuse together, marking the beginning of a pregnancy.
- Zygote: The single cell formed at conception.
- Cleavage: After conception, the zygote rapidly divides into multiple cells through a process called mitosis, and this stage of cell division is known as cleavage. (AI generated overview).
Are we in the opportunity for something different? Has conception happened? And are we in the process of cell division and differentiation?
Somewhat similar is fractalization and sharding which seems to be more of a replication process. Liken to “viral replication is the process where a virus enters a host cell, uses the host’s machinery to replicate its own genetic material, and then assembles new virus particles to be released from the cell, essentially making copies of itself to infect new host cells; this typically involves stages like attachment, penetration, uncoating, replication, assembly, and release. (AI generated)
Are we ready for the opportunity to do something different instead of mere replication? The idea of egg and sperm and resulting conception… could be likened to a new combination of past and future, light and dark, male and female, yin and yang, etc. Do we really want to replicate what has already been done… or try something different that has not existed before on this planet… but kind of looks the same?
Paradigm Shifting
In a sense, the paradigm is expanding and shifting. When starting this blog, the gardening metaphor was practical, intuitive, and elegant metaphor; and it still is. While it made sense in a physical reality, but does it continue to apply in an emerging energetic realm? Maybe or maybe not? Or we can skip the physical type of processing, and we are now learning about energetic processing to accelerate the emerging energetic realm? Is this a new or revealed understanding of what we understood to be cosmological, religious, philosophical, psychological concepts and processes? Yet are now understanding from an energetic perspective the flow (phases of creation and destruction). Which from the linear sense a sine wave; and from the 90-degree-perpendicular rotated view an expanding or collapsing spiral. Spiraling toward alpha singularity male or omega unity female. Can conceive, accept, and surrender to allow love (energy) flow through us? What is being (existing) in the infinity of singularity and unity?
Are we learning the ego is a command-and-control mechanism of limited effect to navigate the physical human being realm? And with the expansion of conscious capacity, it has become a limiting or outdated logistical processing. In a sense, do we just need to get the ego out of the way or see it as a navigational logistical tool in the physical realm to go to the grocery store, find a parking space, get a few items and make dinner? Is consciousness the next app to navigate the sovereignty (individuality), energetic processing as a transformer and transceiver in being and flowing in an energetic realm (environment) of frequency and resonance. Is the notion of time and space no longer applicable the realm of pulsing in/out of existence at a rate of 22 trillion times per second. What is the concept of an individual we just flow? Can we be an infinite being? What would happen if an infinite being met another infinite being… LOL? “Could You Be Loved” Bob Marley, 1980.
Perhaps Love Change Grow becomes, Be Love and eventually just Love. Because you have already changed, no change is needed. Having understood growing, you just flow. Of course, this can be love. In the “Garden of Eden” we were innocent and did not know any different, because we did not have any experience. However, now that we have had experience (knowledge) in the garden of light and dark, are do we recognize light and dark, male and female, love and fear, yin and yang are just different aspects of the divine that flow together? No longer do we need to toil under the under the delusion and illusion of separateness or disconnection. Are we ready to step into and flow with our divinity? The difference is that we are aware and conscious that we are, part of, and take part in the realm of divine energy. Thus, why not be grateful, graceful and joyful for the diversity and unity of the divine? We have consciousness… we reflect and, in that reflection, we are conscious. Can we appreciate, have gratitude and be compassionate and graceful? Thus child-like and enjoy playing in the garden of love.
Can we BE god-like in that we recognize our sovereignty of being and in the sovereignty of being, we have integrity. And in integrity we can be compassionate, graceful in love, joy and bliss. Are we transformers and transceivers receiving, transforming, transmitting energetic flow? Can we recognize that consciousness is the transformer? That we are and can transform and flow energy. That we, are the catalyst, the creators, and the creation likened in the divine’s image. I wonder if this is the next great progression or lesson that awaits our being? By-the-way, just to acknowledge this is merely a human illusionary projection upon the divine.
It is wonderful there is a flood of perspectives being revealed on the internet, YT, etc. that are fascinating. I encourage folks to wander and wonder. While also abiding (remain) in your being… so that you don’t get sucked into the external storm.
Blessings,
Tim
