The Fear and Love of Crisis

stellar observation with a sextant

Our world has become confusing, weird, disorienting and many are in fear.

The CHALLENGE is not the crisis but a person’s (or system’s) RESPONSE to the crisis!

There are an infinite number of interventions, techniques, and approaches, i.e., solutions. Most are not often wrong… but never been right. In the heat of the crisis, you got to look at it right. “Once in a while, you get shown the light
In the strangest of places if you look at it right” (Grateful Dead, 1974).

The approach is to change perspectives. From the presumption of crisis to the presumption of opportunity. Instead of things falling apart (which they are) to FOCUS on opportunities. Or what is emerging?

From the emerging perspective, what is emerging?

The deep-deep dive is, what is emerging is divinity (which is and always has been).

Though on the surface, we are experiencing emerging waves.  A recognition of our CONNECTION inter-mingling in an amorphous mycelial mass. Are we a multi-dimensional interdependent “divine” organism (for lack of a better concept).

Grasp this as an opportunity of CONNECTION.

  • Are we reaching out to experience the divine U? If so, it’s about CONNECTION.
    • WHAT is connection? It is experience. An interaction of exchange and expansion.
    • HOW do we connect? By via senses, concepts/mental, heart/feeling, empathic/being we experience.
    • Why to connect? To discover and experience novel (new) experiences.
  • DYNAMICS of connection, IN & OUT
    • 2 Dynamics
      • Reaching Out to bring it in. To collect external experiences (receive).
      • We experience internally/subjective, which can be an opportunity to transform/change.
      • In changing we can shine, release, or radiate out (transmit).
      • Creating and maintaining flow of energy, change.
  • EGO as a rational TOOL of awareness
    • The ego when it hits the wall or boundary is part of its definition or distinction of “self” and “other.”To what, when, where, how, and why.To organize, analysis, synthesis, innovate and to aid in CREATIVE PROCESS.Historically, we were largely unconsciousness and REACTIVE to our environment. The Ego is rational and logical IN SERVICE to itself, its tribe, and is programed for survival. Has the EGO become an “apex predator?” No longer able to distinguish between “want vs needs?” A free-range ego ends up fighting itself… internally eat itself up or externally destroying the Other.
    • Have we descended and become lost in the madness? Or are we REALIZING the madness?
  • Consciousness RECEIVES, TRANSFORMS, and TRANSMITS
    • Consciousness is the higher-ordered COORDINATOR and CREATOR of realities.
    • There are many perspectives or systems that emerge and reflect the time and space, i.e., culture, environment, and primary and emerging impulse/drive.
      • Such as gut, heart, and head. For example: intuition (gut/Aboriginal). compassion (heart/Christian) and rationalism (head, science/Buddhism).
  • Developmental Emergence and spiraling expansion.
    • Which is the emergence of the individual drop from the ocean. In the transpersonal psychology and metaphysical notion.
    • It is the rising up “PRE” or development toward the rational ego.
      • At the top of the individual development curve/cycle is the rational EGO. It is the apex, Ego is the individual “Apex Predator” thinking that that is all there is.
  • The way out is IN
    • It’s not eating oneself. It’s about discovering oneself.
      • “Who am I? >>> “I am” the divine.
In RECOGNIZING one’s divinity. There is the capacity to transform oneself.Via transforming oneself, one’s view of the world/reality changes. One perceives, notices the divinity of all. A perceived reality of unity is revealed.
    • In this revelation, one becomes a creator of their reality and a “co-creator” with others. Remember “where two or more are gathered together…”
  • Developmental Emergence continues to the TRANSCENDENT or beyond the ego. Recognizing the underlying unity (while the flotsam of egos float on the ocean’s surface).
    • Into becoming aware and recognizing the divinity of everything; the good, the bad and the ugly.
    • That the divine is within, without and all about… just like the “Hokey Pokey.”
  • The way in is OUT.
    • This is basically learning to jump into the deep end of the pool.Learning to splash about. Being co-creators in, of and with the divine.A change of using our ego in service to the consciousness of divinity. This is the beyond the apex predator ego of only being able to recognize the self.It is not the dissolution of the ego but recognizing it is but a tool to create. It is the revelation or lifting the veil of ignorance. Recognizing that we are NOT doomed to only being able to respond. But with a bit of awareness. And more important being consciousness of our divinity, we can create.
    • The question becomes what are you going (or need) to create?

CONNECTION

  • How to create connection.
  • We create by connection, by interaction, exchange and sharing. If we cannot connect, we cannot interaction nor create.
  • We are trans/higher conscious, i.e., understanding the relationship between the self and other (internal and external environments).
  • Consciousness becomes a higher-ordered tool that RECIEVES, TRANSFORMS, and TRANSMITS. A creator of personal reality and co-creator with others.
  • The pattern is that we connect, interact, and create. Male and female meet, conceive, host, and raise a new being/child. It is the pattern occurs in the fractal’s reality.
  • First there is contact. And if there is a “mutual attraction, an admiration or liking, a commitment and compatibility;” there is a reasonable possibility of a new creation of a being, relationship, and existence of something new. Similar to a recent podcast by Lewis Howes with Matthew Hussey https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Z7JMFGrzGc
  • Avenues of connection are infinite. Each has a journey or path. The path or journey is the connection. The connection/path is neither good, bad nor ugly, unless one wants to perceive it so. The general idea is that reality is a reflection in which to experience and learn something. Or not, is up to the individual.
    • There are many systems of connection meditation treaties, religion, metaphysics, etc have laid that out. Such as charkas, Taoism, Christian, Hindu, Sufi, Buddhism, and wild-crafting of the Aboriginal and matriarchal traditions.
      • This has all been in plain sight but emerging is a new consciousness. Thus, a new perspective and interpretation.
      • In a sense we have the opportunity to translate scriptures, treaties and stories from the past. And now bring them to life… into our being (action and agency). Thereby passing them to the future. Our translation from the ancient pages to “being-in-real-life” so that they are passed along to the future. We are the intergenerational transmission and translation.

There are only four decisions needed to change.

First to decide to decide. Second to choose what to do. Third is to do it. And fourth, is to learn from your experience. These are the four decisions.  Each decision leads you to the next decision.

Admirability, mutual attraction, commitment, and compatibility, i.e., figure out a way to flow with the opportunity.

Empathy is the heart connection. Telepathy is the head connection. And intuition is the gut and ancestral connection.

Telepathy plus empathy plus intuition enables a depth of connection that technology, digital, AI, etc. cannot fathom. This is not anything woo per se. It can be easily learned, practiced and operational.

There are many ways to establish a connection. Our seven physical senses provide a path of connection. Sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, vestibular (balance and movement) and proprioception (the body sense of knowing where a body part is without looking at it).

Empathic, telepathic, and intuition are three higher-ordered senses that augment the other seven senses. Empathic is via dropping into the heart. An example is by listening to a person’s story, truly listening without judgment with just accepting who they are and what has happened. It is the experience of feeling.

Side Note: Empathic connection is as a “witnessing” with the heart/mindset of compassion and gracefulness of their energy. It is not the absorption of their energy nor attachment to it. In this connection, (with their invitation/permission) we choose to help them via compassionate and graceful action. Which is offering a perspective, technique, or experience so that they can do things themselves. Often, it’s a straightforward manner. Such as, pointing out, teaching, and having them experience the connection between breath and states of awareness. Subsequent developing their ability to manage their response to whatever life presents. Remember, a person has the sovereignty to choose (or not) what is offered.

Telepathic is the transfer of thoughts concepts, and experiences in a holographic conceptual manner. The transfer is a compressed download all at once instead of a serial linear process. The content are complete packages instead of piecemeal bits.

Intuition is an invitation. But it is a choice to open the invitation. It is the opportunity of noticing the receipt of the invitation. Accepting the invitation is a matter of surrendering to the experience. Everything already exists. You don’t need to go out and dig or hunt or manifest. You just need to be open to allow and receive. Which is being open or recognizing you got mail… potential opportunities. Got to have a mailbox… lol.

This is nothing new. We are already familiar with these higher ordered senses. For example: Music can resonate and awaken empathic experiential feelings and take us to other worlds. Elegant digital conceptual models with animation have become holographs which help us visualize complexity that is impossible to convey with words. A picture is worth a thousand words. And an aminated movie can compress and encode an enormous amount of information. And intuition like the development of noticing and acknowledging Kryon’s “parking fairy” is at least a “woo parlor game.”

Then there is the explosion of interest in what was consider impossible a mere 20 years ago. For example, this is evidenced by the “Mind Valley” and “Humanity’s Team” platforms. And before that were the traditions of the Masters, sages and crones which a mere 50 years ago were thought at best to be mythical fairy tales, which are now being questioned, explored, and revealed by new developments in archeological, scientific, and scholarly investigations. Are we the witnesses to an sped up rate of adoption curve? I hazard to predict that in another 5-10 years the psychic/woo realm will be in everyday conversations.

For example, part of my crisis mental health experience was learning there is the opening, middle and end game. Much like in chess theory/game strategy. After learning the middle and end game. I realized that the opening strategy made things much easier. It was a matter of realizing “oh this is an opportunity.” An opportunity that the universe is presenting to connect. The crisis work became more easy and much more transformative when I recognized and approached it as a synchronistic opportunity to meet another soul and learn something (instead of it being burdensome work).

Here Is the meat of the issue. We’ve all been trained by history. Knowing what has happened in the past, gives us a clue to what may happen in the future. Yet history is merely an interpretation (usually by the victor) and subject to re-interpretation via new information, perspectives, and paradigms. History can be also viewed as subconscious programming, i.e. what we experience (think) as reality. It is known that history carries a residue or baggage of what was happening at the time. Though we often forget to pay attention to the context in which the “history” was embedded. On the other hand, the future is unknown, but has the smell of anticipation, which could be anxiety (fear) or the sweetness of excitement (love, hope, fantasy, etc.). Both the past and the future are illusions. Often, we give these illusions more reality than they actually are or need be.

The notion of be here now is where reality happens. It is also where the magic happens. The issue is to get out of our own way and allow the magic of our being to happen. It’s the notion of don’t think or worry about yesterday nor about tomorrow. Being in the now, unchains us from the illusions of the past and the unknowingness of the future. In the now, you are here. Because you are here, everything you need is provided. The self-evident existence of “be here now” is the foundation. This foundation is the opportunity of existence. In this existence is creation. The question is what do you create in the ever present now? … Fear or Love?

The realization of the ever present now (having dropped the past and future) we can take part and create internally and co-create externally our reality. This position or foundation reveals what many spiritual and metaphysical traditions have alluded to. Such as, I am, Om, Alpha & Omega, Infinity, etc. Connecting with, being, source, and the expression of God, universe, source, etc.

Perhaps we all must pass through the lesser realities and techniques of metaphysics of casual, subtle, and psychic realms (Ken Wilber, “Levels of Development”). The current notions of connecting with and being source. Is merely the initiation (i.e., recognition and beginning) of the lifting or opening of the veil. Thus, gaining awareness of the lessor psychic realm. This is evidenced by the explosion of interest and attention to channeling, NDE’s, manifestation, energy and frequency, alien, AI, etc. This is not the “old-world school of dominion” but an emerging “new-world school of unity and co-creation.” Thus, the importance of being, sovereignty, transparency, integrity, compassion, grace and “to be” have emerged to the forefront of the planetary consciousness. Meanwhile, the institutions of old-world school are vanishing relics of the past.

So here we are… NOW. It is no longer the battle cry of “fear not” but the muted resolve or steadfast foundation to go within “to be” and “I am.” Thus, the subsequent excitement of being, revealing, birthing and being the ever-emerging self-evident flow (change) of remembering/discovering/revealing and joyful being our divinity.

Blessings,

Tim
