Dark Into Light (water into wine)
Steps to transform, transmute, and transcend. We do this via consciousness. We are transformers of energy by transforming frequencies via our consciousness. What is consciousness? Consciousness is understanding that consciousness is merely a reflection of the divine. And being part and parcel of the divine we are both creators of our sovereign experience and collaborators with other sovereign beings in the “unity/diversity realm” i.e., a consensual created reality. “When two or more are gathered” if we are in a tribe of “like-minded” folks, because of our compounded energy, skills and frequency, we can rapidly change our consensual realities as we focus on a single or a series of sequential realities, we intent.
However first we need to learn how to change the self. Of course, the first order is to know who you are, or know thyself. Basically, you are tri-part: creation, creator and the creating. Popularly known as the father, son and holy spirit. Or the divine, the reflection of the divine and the flow of the divine. The second order is to understand how it works. Which can be a simple or complex puzzle as you like. It is the mechanism is consciousness. Consciousness as a tool, a reflection that creates an ever-changing flow or water/drop, river and ocean.
Two Aspects of Energy
Recognizing and understanding that energy is just energy. And that energy has two aspects of positive/negative, light/dark, love/fear, etc. That these two aspects enable existence. That if there were no polarity, there would be no existence. And subsequently no flow of energy. Thus far, we have energy, polarity, flow (dynamic), and then there is consciousness.
Consciousness is a Multi-Dimensional Beast
Consciousness is the awareness of itself and thus other (or what is not self). Polarity also provides the dynamic flow between the two aspects. Consciousness is also the screen upon which the divine projects the experience of reality. Consciousness is also like a mirror in which the divine reflects or provides experience and knowledge of flow of itself (divine self, i.e., divinity). Thus, consciousness is like is the film (movie) projector, light used to project the images, the focusing lens, the screen and the image on the screen. Not only that it is also the director of the making of the film, the film and the flicker or frames per second that animates the single frames into the illusion of movement, flow and animation.
Mobius Flow of Existence
Existence of flow has the existence of experience and thus knowledge. Thus, the knowledge of the notion that we can transform energy and create different frequencies from dark to light and the infinity of spectrums of colors. We do this because we understand that consciousness only reflects the illusion of the divine. I.e., consciousness is divine and merely reflects the divine.
HOWEVER, consciousness (the witness) is perhaps the last reflection. It does not absorb, react (recoil-fear nor is fascinated-love). Though it reflects (shows) the image or experiences divinity… but is not divinity. Religious notions at an advanced understanding note this subtle distinction. It is very easy to mistake this illusion as the actual divine reality. Realizing and being aware there is this distinction is elusive.In this subtle gap is where the clear light of consciousness can transform, transmute, and transcend. And thus, consciously understand, change frequencies and create an illusionary reality. It’s the gap where poison is not poisonous, death has no sting and where destruction is creation and creation is destruction. It is where light and dark, life and death are of no matter. And the past, future and time are merely accoutrements of no consequence.
Consciousness
With consciousness, we use our body, mind, heart, and spirit to transform, transmute and transcend. A simple way to conceptualize is: We have 27k miles of nerves in our body… (when nerves are placed end-to-end). We are essentially a huge a huge antenna that acts like a transceiver and transformer… that receives, transmits and transform energy, frequency, information, etc. Folks just need to figure out how to navigate their consciousness beyond the ego tool level (ego and consciousness are two different tools for two different levels/realms of operation.
The basic understanding is that we are merely transformers of energy. We are catalytic transmuters of change. Things become clearer when we don’t attach, judge, or involve ourselves. It’s quite simple. Learning to see, feel and be (experience) without attachment and judgment. There’s really nothing to judge, attach to, or fear. It’s the recognition that we can see, feel pain and suffering… but are not of it. We understand where it is, what it is, where it comes from, what happens, when, why and where it happens. It is just an experience of what happens without an attachment. We accept and surrender into the experience; what happens is what happens. We understand that crap happens and understand these are just lessons. AND that lesson can flow through us. That we can change not only our understanding of ourselves, but change the perception of our circumstances, and change the frequency and how energy is manifested as “reality.” Learn how to peel the onion and in the peeling of one’s onion… we learn how to create the onion.
Lessons and Responses
Why it happens is because they are lessons for us. Opportunities to learn. When we learn by our reaction to what happens. Understand that it is not what happens, but it is our reactions. We learn to control our reactions. And in our reactions, we learn to be the catalyst of change. We learn to change “reality” by changing our reactions. Changing from being frightened (fear) or fascinated (love). And instead understand the flow of dark and light by not attaching (judging). We can release those energies through us. Without being attached to those energies. And transform, transmute, and eventually transcend.
Blues
For example, it’s like playing the blues music. We can feel the blues, but do we know that by playing the blues, we can change them? Releasing the blues by expressing the blues. We surrender into the blues; letting them flow through us. And in this act the blues are released. The feelings change from having the hell hounds chase us, to expressing the blues and then realizing that we are joyful because we are no longer blue, grateful for the blues because they are the opportunity for redemption. The hard trick is, if hell hounds are chasing us, we feel like hell, in pain and suffering. These hell hounds are the wrathful deities… they are our fears, demons and anxieties (which are noted often in this blog). The process is to go into, to feel, acknowledge, face, and learn from them. They are the opportunity to express, release and flow them. In surrendering (feeling) and releasing this heavy energy, the load is lightened. The load is grounded and dissipated. It is the transformation the transmutation of blues energy. We experience, but don’t judge it (i.e., attach to it), thus can release it (because we are no longer of it).
Healers and Teachers
Another example: healers do not pick up or identify with the sickness energy. They know, understand and allow the energy to move and change. They understand what it is, that it happens, how it happens and there is no reason to judge the energy or the person who has it. The compassionate, graceful, and sovereign action… is to ask them why they are holding on to it… and if they want to let it go. Or what is preventing them from letting the sickness? It is a process of the patient being aware of what, when, where, why and how of their sickness. The healer provides the empathic and graceful space or state which to release it.
The teacher helps the student with experience. And once the person feels and knows notices how to do this, then they also become the healer and the teacher. They’ve moved from patient to healer or from student to teacher. A seasoned healer or teacher understands the process and progression of resolving, grounding, or the transformation from dark to light; it’s heavy or thick energy into light energy.
The healer, teacher, or life are the opportunities (portal or gateway). The portal is the experience. For some folks, this near impossible to do this without having a healer or teacher to assist them in first experiencing whatever this is… sickness, a challenge or life. First, is witnessing/experiencing (awareness), seconding is learning and doing, third is teaching and then fourth is being. It’s the simple progression of see one, do one, teach one, and be one. Teaching is the experience where the seeing one and doing are completed and accomplished. It is the level of binding or encompassing and distillation where one becomes to be.
Avatars of change only want to show (demonstrate) that it is possible and teach how to do it. It’s not about recognition, respect, or accolades (they can become hinderances). It is about the change. And for the sick person or student, it is about the “no fear” courage. Their courage was to face and be in the darkness. The courage is not to fight (fighting is attachment and resistance), but to let go. Courage to face, learn from, and understand the situation. Understanding how to change the situation. Understanding is about having the courage of equanimity (without judgment or attachment). Just observing (witnessing). And in observing, insight and understanding are revealed. It is then the patient or student becomes free and sovereign.
This is the basic progression of all who become avatars of change. It is being compassionate, graceful and sovereign. When the sick and ignorant who are enslaved and see this, they can become inspired to be sovereign. The seed is planted; the path started. Each person determines their own path or garden. It is not so much learning but a revelation that they already are… but don’t recognize their beingness or is-ness. The issue is to understand is that they are sovereign. The healers and teachers want and know that you are sovereign. It can be a great blessing or curse to meet a healer or teacher in real life… but that is up to you to decide… LOL. Consciousness transforms, transmutes and transcends in the blink of an I. Change, love, joy and expansion of your alpha and omega… your is-ness, and divinity of being is closer than your breath.

In-ness
Thus, the transcendence, transformation, transfiguration. It is going beyond the dualistic or polarity and recognizing the sovereignty, diversity and unity, and diversity of all. The awareness of the IS-NESS (being). Is-ness recognizes the sovereignty of being each and all. It is the “awakened garden” where there is an appreciation, gracefulness, and compassion for all that is.
Free Will
Let’s talk about freewill for a moment. We all know that freewill is; the ability to choose. Freewill also allows us to choose, not to recognize our freewill. An experience on this, the planet of free will is to create and to acknowledge (or not) there is a “veil.” I.e., we choose to note there is a veil or that the veil does not exist. Yet we know that for some folks, there is a veil and for others there is no veil. And as a result, there are two sides. One side that has the experience of the veil and the other there is no veil. The appreciation of all that is has free will. None the less, the other side is that we are trapped. That freewill is a cruel illusion of the “matrix or a simulated game” experience on this planet. If one believes there is a veil, then the veil is a separation. And if the veil has a long tradition of existence, then the veil becomes thickened and opaque. Like a callous or a cataract and thus has created a barrier or allowed a loss of connection. Unable to see or even recognize the other side. The opposite is, but a reflected projection as a result, of or from an undeveloped, immature, or non-integrated consciousness that remains in a split condition. Unable to see the other as also part of its larger self.
Thus, to acknowledge, see through, or pierce the veil, techniques, strategies and ambassadors and consulates developed as intermediaries with the divine. Such as divination, prayer/meditation, priest and priestess, shaman and crones, etc. Often with hierarchical techniques, structures and organizations. Modern philosophy and subsequently psychology presumed that the beasts of humankind were born with or in the condition of “tabula rasa” or blank slate. And that the knowledge and experience of the divine was sacred; reserved for the special, learned, “ordained” few. Of course, this leads to the notion that most are ignorant. At best to lead lives of beasts and enslaved. For example, the metaphor of a two-way mirror helps to conceptualize the dynamic. The gods can see the contained and enslaved souls in the investigative interview room. But the enslaved souls cannot see beyond their reflection in the mirror. And thus, not aware of the realms of the gods/goddesses. Thus, enslaved and at the mercy of the counselors and consultants of the priestly administrator class.
Subsequently, in our contemporary civilization of psychology, the notion is that of the rise of the ego. That is through hard work, education, and a bit of divine luck, each could rise to become sovereign individuals. And yet there are still subtle or glass veils between sovereign individuals, administrators, and creator gods/goddesses… but at least, it is more open and direct connection, communication and relationship.
The Veil
Now we are experiencing the thinning or lifting of the veil, i.e., becoming more translucent and transparent. A revelation of what hid in the dark and is now coming into the light. We are seeing the polarities, priorities of administrator and earthbound godly class. We are piercing the veil, seeing through, and directly connecting with the divine experience. It is the esoteric metaphor of the cross. It is where divine experience is in the heart. The middle between rooting in the earth and being in the heavens. It is where the left and the right meet. The present, between where the past and future meet. And the contraction (in) into singularity and the expansion (out) of the alpha and omega. We are moving into a dimension of an energetic frequency, and the dynamic singular and expansive experience. History, cultures and religions have pointed to divinity as an ineffable experience. But now, are we ready to experience the sovereignty of divinity on a planetary and galactic scale in which there are no parameters? In the heartfelt experience is where divinity flows into the unknown… to know all is divine.
