The Feast
The juxtaposition of life is the stark contrast. Our existence depends on contrast. Life and death, fear and love, wealth and the poor create. All creation is the opportunity to feast. What is this feast? The feast is the opportunity to taste, experience, contemplate, wonder, explore and investigate. What is heard, smelled, seen, felt, tasted and experienced? It is in the vulgarities that we are sucker punched. What are the visceral and feral feelings that propel us to retch or gorge?
Some recoil, retch, and convulse at the sight of the feast. Why is there an immediate loathing? Unable to fathom the issues hidden in their disgust. Others jump in to gorge with feral abandon slipping into insanity. That which interrupts their rapacious carnality meets with growling menace. Ah, the flamboyancies of wretchedness and gorge are insanely delicious.
The beautiful vomit, the fat vomit, while others dance with abandon. While those who stand in the shadows filled with fear, wishing that they too could fade in the abandonment under the bright flashing disco lights. Not realizing that wild abandonment is their fear and their lust that alludes their grasp.
Those haunted by the vulgarities, twisting and withering with fascination. What, why did I not feast and dance when the opportunity presented? Those who did feast and explode unable to reason? Are they the vomit of unsolicited sin? Ah, the stench of gluttony and the odd withering of dry heaves.
Despite whether relished or repulsed, both face the horror and the fascination of their response. Isn’t this delicious? The horror of our behavior. What is found in our deep contemplation of this horror? Are there chains? Where is the key to this dreaded nightmare of life? What is this being that we crave? Unless we understand this craving, we march to the grave.
When poised in one’s faculties, we can enjoy the feast or politely decline its gluttony? Realizing that this is but the play. Playing for our own enjoyment, to wander for and wonder of our fascination. No longer seduced and captured by the display. Laughing and joyful tears of this wonderful display. It’s merely a play of the divine night and day.
Love = Be
Pre-ascension is Love, Change, Grow. And after ascension is Be = Love. The realization is Love and Being have no separation. The “be” is realizing your being is Love.
1 Corinthians 13. “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth.” The truth, there is no separation in Love.
Being Conscious
Becoming conscious, i.e., to be, there is no longer growing. The cycles of growing become instantaneous. The knowledge and experience of growing is no longer required and dropped. It just is, it is what it is, being, to be, Be. The command is “let it be so.” But the action is to “surrender” for it to be so. Because it is already so (exists). Like the story of Ali Baba and the Thieves. Is the command of “open sesame (open sez I am me).” Open I, noting I am or I am open, or open I.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_sesame
Let’s go back to the time and space perspective for a moment. We are taught that time and space is a linear concept (in the short-term perspective) and is cyclical (in a long-term perspective). A spiral is even a longer perspective. Yet another perspective is of a point and sphere that are a different dimension of pulsing. An expansion and collapse of time and space. It is just a matter of perspective.
Toilet Roll… Please
We are taught to look at space and time as linear; like looking at the tube roll; time and space is from left to right. Whereas looking through the toilet roll, time and space condenses or collapses the experience of time and space, instantaneously. A new experience is of being. Falling down the rabbit hole for a moment. The novel way of being is existing or not existing (i.e., a short-term perspective of either existing or not existing). But the “long term perspective” is pulsing or flickering on and off. And this flickering is like an old movie reel of separate frames being run at a “frames per second” gives the feeling of movement or a reality of time. The pulsing concept has been around for a long time and became acquainted with it decades ago in the Upanishads/Vedas.
If you’ve been following lately, we are… what is emerging is a state of “being.” Side Note: a hell of a rabbit hole. A rapid pulsing creates a “perceived” state of being (existence) that pulses at a rate of 22 trillion times per second. There are references that this existing and non-existing pulses at a rate of 22 trillion times per second. This pulsing enables the perception of an animation of existence. At this high rate, i.e., frequency of existence also allows for an almost infinite granular capacity. Meaning that it can hold a lot of information/frequency… seemingly our perception of the universe.
And just a bit further down this rabbit hole. The pulsing, at each pulse there are gaps between existing and non-existing and subsequent non-existing to existing. This is just like in breathing, there is a gap between the in-breath to out-breath and out-breath to in breath. As note elsewhere in this blog, gaps present the opportunities to change. By far, most gaps go unnoticed. Yet with some conscious awareness we can observe our patterns of existence and in these gaps, learn to do, i.e., to “be” something different from our usual subconscious programmed and habitual existence. Elsewhere, I noted the ability to realizing the opportunities (gaps) in breathing well.
Consciousness
The idea of consciousness has been around for quite some time. Even before what is noted in Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consciousness
Consciousness or the ability to be aware in and of both the internal and external environs. And our ability to self-reflect upon our existence and all its machinations are a two-edged sword that plunges one into being insane or enlightened. LOL. One eventually realizes the ego is merely a tool; and so is consciousness. Ego is a tool of the self, specifically of one’s experience of heaven or hell and how to deal or respond to heaven and hell. Whereas consciousness is a slightly more elegant tool to discover and navigate divinity. Specifically, one’s ability to discover, reveal, and respond to all the machinations of divine existence, including the gaps.
Ever wonder if God, source, universe in its being “self-reflective and reciprocal” (being conscious) is to know and experience its infinity of being, i.e., that is discovering and revealing itself as and to be God? Is this the cosmic joke, a divine play, the jester/joker entertaining the court; is this the abundant feast that everybody wants a ticket to get into?
“This could be heaven, or this could be hell… You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave” (Hotel California, Eagles, 1976).
Being, What Is It Good For?
Perhaps being is the instant short-cut to being? What? Well, if one is being integral, sovereign, compassionate, graceful, etc. rolled up as being, is this not Love? And since many proclaim that God, source, universe is love, then we can avoid all the mental, existential, and philosophical machinations? Is the heart, the expressway to being? And being in and of love, is the light of the world… or at least of your divinity of divine-ness (experience) of reality?
The Emperor’s New Clothes (Hans Christian Andersen, 1837)
In our emerging state of being, what is of our existence? Would it matter the clothes we wear, the type of body, color of our eyes, skin or our intelligence or earthy dominion? What is everyone’s unique quality or characteristics of being? Is it sovereignty, integrity, compassion, grace and love? Is an individual’s combination of these qualities what our light being is about? How shall one shine and radiate?
By now, folks may think I am plum ass crazy, which is fine, I am quite familiar with the concept. The point of much of this blog, at varying levels, is how to change our response to whatever is happening. I suspect what is emerging/revealing is the PsiFi or psychic realm. Evidenced by an emergent interest of metaphysical treatises, reports of psychic phenomena such as NDE’s (near-death experiences) “channeling, transpersonal psychology theory, etc. Are we emerging upon the opportunity to expand our wardrobe? What accoutrements to wear in this emerging energy, frequency, or light body? Shall it include integrity, sovereignty, compassion, grace and love? Presumptively these accoutrements are transparent and radiant. Leaving no way to hide these crystalline accoutrements; the sparkly, dark or ugly. And that is the heaven and hell of it. The new challenge is can we buff up ourselves to radiate, shine and be; so that we are not nakedly parading around. Will we have the compassion, grace and love for those who are a tad less lustrous… lol. Of course, because we’ve all been there and done that. Perhaps the emperor does have transparent new clothes this time.
Kaleidoscope
Psychology and metaphysics realize a person’s experience is filtered by their experiences, values, culture, epi-genetics, karma, past lives; the list and process is endless. Perhaps we are at the dawning of an epoch of consciousness? In that being conscious comprise several levels. The “witness,” creator, and experiencer of one’s existence. A kaleidoscope of being and all its accoutrements; the good, bad and ugly. Which are shiny fractals (reciprocal and reflexive) of our divinity. Consciousness filters the light (experience) like a kaleidoscope. The kaleidoscope is their culture, values morals all that stuff. This is like both a kaleidoscope of consciousness and of its accoutrements.
We’re moving into a new level of understanding how our consciousness affects our perception of our subjective reality. This is nothing new. What is new is learning, understanding and that being empathetic. Which is using our heart, our being reveals our subjective reality. It is a combination of subconscious programing, our thinking (perspectives), our interpretation of our perceptions and our feelings, i.e., experience. In many aspects, psychology is aware of the influence of feelings. Feelings animate or brings to life our experiences. Imaginations are brought to life via our feelings. Remembered experiences are easily accessed via our feelings. Feelings are a significant component in PTSD. And small children are learning/playing in an imaginal theta state. We also learn that “heart coherence” is the connective energy to the metaphysical field. In psychology we see a rather unrefined application in marketing, relationship counseling, cognitive processes of cementing memories, NLP, EMDR, hard-wiring neuro pathways, sports performance enhancement, accelerated learning, etc. Fear, anger, anxiety, depression are on the hell side of the spectrum and on heaven’s side are love, joy, bliss, passion, etc.
Feelings of Energy Work
In crisis work, the clinician needs to pay attention to the “energy” (feelings) of a person. Being mindful of how energy flows. For example, in the emergency department a MH crisis client would come in being in a crisis of some sort. The first order of business was to help them release their energy by allowing them telling their story. Second was to validate and understand the energy they released. Last, was to help them redirect their energy to be aligned with what they desired. The working with feelings is more direct and powerful than working with thoughts. And one needs to be compassionate and graceful. This is the basic form of “breakdown, break open and breakthrough.” https://lovechangegrow.com/the-hell-of-breakdown-breaking-open-and-breakthrough/
This is also similar when learning new skills. Learning to slow down, accelerates learning. That is slowing down to experience or feel at a granular or detailed level. Often when frustration, anxiety and fear is present, it is helpful to get a person (and child) to first breath, get them to slow down and feel the energy to understand and process their feelings (energy).
For example, learning to play a musical instrument. Slowly practicing scales, chords, and movement or a new piece of music allows one to “feel” tension versus relaxed movements, while also laying down neuro-muscular pathways. This also works for a craftworker of understanding body position, their breath and attention for laying down a bead of welding or a fine cut made on a table saw, or revealing Michelangelo’s David from a piece of granite, etc. It’s a Yoda thing, feel the force (energy) and how it moves and flows; wanting to reveal, express, and resolve.
Point and Gap of Opportunity
Things are getting real. What we resist persists. Folks are feeling and realizing they don’t like what is happening, war, poverty, degradation of the many things, including the planet. What we fear, looks to be like a hell of a pile. The crap that we resist persists. What do you do? Much of this blog has been focused on the self. Who are you? And how to discover yourself, i.e., your divinity.
We are at the point, the opportunity, to discover the other (self versus other). If we resist the other, we are in a pile of crap… a shitstorm. However, the shitstorm is the opportunity to feel and examine the other… what the hell are they doing? Which begs the question, what the hell are we doing? In discovering who they are, we discover who we are. It is truly an opportunity for change.
It is the opportunity to really meet to come eye to eye and heart to heart with being on this planet. To recognize and treat the other as you would like to be treated. Because we realize the “other” is a part of us. If we run away from the other, they continue to chase us all over hell. The simple thing to do is to meet them, say hello, with a big smile, and look deeply within us, in seeing them, we see us. We choose to BE… kind, compassionate, and gracious. Recognize that by grace we share ourselves with them and they with us. Discovering that we are really the same, the same needs, wants and hopes. That loving you is loving me, loving us, is loving. The coming together in love… is this not compassion? The compassion of another is the compassion of the self.
Many are feeling like they are in a storm. Perhaps a storm of change. For some, it is a storm of fear, anxieties and unknowns. Others note it’s a dervish whirlwind of a wonderfilled dance. There is the choice. The choice is the inflection point. It is the threshold of your reality. Heart leads you to be? The heart opens and choose wisely before the head is cognizant of what the hell is happening. The head is the tactician who uses strategy to reveal the path of where you have been… and maybe where you are going. Your reality is to be. The choice is yours, to be or not to be. Choose wisely! And that is the heaven and hell of it.
Now Here Is The Point
It is not about what happens; it is about flowing in and with the change. To flow in the change, one must “be” the change. “Being” in the now and changing. It does not matter if we are flowing into the light or dark, they are the same. Light flows into the dark and dark flows into the light. Between the contrasts, are the gaps, understanding the flow of patterns reveals the infinite opportunities “to be” infinitely changing. Riding the flow, riding the wave, or riding the dragon. It is constantly both holding on for dear life and dying or releasing in each moment. It is about understanding the infinity and opportunity of the gaps to BE.
Blessings,
Tim
